Products Quantity and Detail

We serve in the light of ( Shamsi Jafari Sadaat ) so all of our natural dawa provided made by Mehrban ali shamsi. Your order will contain the perfect Quantity according to the customer detail provided.

In case, if you want specific/max quantity of the product, please mention that in the order notes section during your order placement. We will be more than happy to fulfill that.

Order Confirmation

We confirm all the orders we receive. After you have successfully placed an order, expect a call from us from our official Mehrban Shifa number

( 02134171122 / 02134171133 ). Be aware that after 3 unsuccessful attempts your order will be marked as canceled.

In case if you wish to order contactless delivery, then please mention that in the order notes, and we will happy to follow contactless delivery.

Delivery in Pakistan

Your order will be delivered to your doorstep by our delivery partner TCS Courier Company within 3 working days.

Returns / Refund

We offer you 48 hours Peace of Mind Guarantee on all of our products. But if you wish to exchange or refund your order. Please contact us on our official contacts.

To qualify for refunds, the products in your order must be in an absolutely unworn and brand new condition and must be returned with the original sealed box and report papers.

Scratched and Used Products will not be taken back. In-case of Medicines the product should be in the sealed condition. When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in it’s original condition and then issue either a refund or a different item in exchange, as per your request.

A total of 20% transaction charges are deducted as per the receipt of your order. And your money will be refunded within 3 working days.

Dawa once opened and used will not be applicable for Replacement OR Refund.

As all Medicines are natural so there is no lifetime exchange or returns and refunds

IMPORTANT

In case of damaged or broken orders, please inform us within 24 hours after you have received your order. Unfortunately, if the information reaches us after 24 hours, we will not be able to process store credits/refunds. If you inform us post 24 hours about the product being broken or damaged, we will be more than happy to repair the product for you as per the product warranty.
